We held "Coping with Grief during the Holidays", a workshop to help those that are grieving get through the Holiday Season. We learned ways of remembering and honoring our loved ones during a time that is usually filled with celebration. The grief journey is filled with valleys and peaks, but you can grow through your loss experiences and build your new normal.
